Portable Rental Generators and Accessories

Diverse Infrastructure provides portable generator rentals for construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, and property restoration and remediation services. Our experienced sales and project management teams deliver turnkey design and rental solutions for companies requiring portable generator rentals to ensure constant power for equipment at your job site.

We rent portable generators, and all the associated interface peripherals, across a spectrum of power requirements ranging from 20kW up to 2MW, which is adequate for most jobs and up to 9MW where required. We also offer load banks of all sizes both resistive and reactive.

Generator Fuel Set and Fuel Tank

Many of our customers came to us because a prior supplier provided unreliable equipment, which was offline far too often. We have decades of experience in generator renting and generator fueling, and our project management team understands that our job is to ensure that the portable generators we deploy operate reliably, and without interruption.

One of the most common logistics challenges at job sites that require portable generators involves ensuring an uninterrupted supply of dyed diesel fuel. In addition to our portable generator rental business, Diverse Infrastructure operates a nationwide emergency fueling and generator fueling business, so that we can provide wrap-around service for our generator rental customers.

We can accommodate both short-term and or long-term portable generator rentals, to ensure that desiccant dehumidifiers and other construction equipment remain online to service your construction projects, and remediation following natural disasters and power outages (planned and unplanned), anywhere within the continental US states.

Dehumidification Systems

Diverse Infrastructure provides temperature and humidity control solutions for a broad range of customer demands including those resulting from natural disasters (such as hurricanes, floods and tornadoes) and those producing water damage from equipment failure – whether due to frozen pipes, water main breaks, internal plumbing problems and or HVAC system failure. Our project management team will assess your project needs and then deliver a turn-key solution to ensure that you have properly sized desiccant dehumidifiers and other professional grade dehumidifiers, to ensure the timely remediation of your space.

Water infiltration from a hurricane, storm, flood, fire suppression systems, water main break or a plumbing failure, can cause excessive damage to a building and its contents. Remediating the situation in a timely manner reduces the potential for the development of harmful molds and other airborne contaminates thus minimizing losses and recovery time to occupancy. We have decades of experience managing dehumidifier rentals for contractors and restoration companies, and we can deploy all the resources and equipment you need to ensure the facility is returned to a dry and occupiable state as fast as possible.

Our field support team and vetted, insured, and experienced, nationwide partner network is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working with Diverse Infrastructure for all your dehumidifier and desiccant dehumidifier needs enables you to have a single point of contact for your dehumidification needs, wherever and whenever they may arise.

Regardless of whether you need one dehumidifier or dozens of dehumidifiers at your job site, we can help.

Temporary Heaters

Temporary heaters are required during the colder months to provide heat at your job site or construction site so that drywall, paint, and concrete can properly cure and so that workers have a suitably comfortable climate in which to work so that your construction project remains on time and on-budget. Without temporary heat, work at many job sites would grind to a halt in the cold Fall and Winter months.

TEmporary Heater

Our sales engineers and project management team have decades of experience working with general contractors, design-build contractors, and all types of subcontractors to ensure that you have the right temporary heaters for your job.

We offer indirect-fired heaters, direct-fired heaters and electric heaters, to meet your needs depending on the requirements of the project and municipal regulations.

We Offer A Variety of TEMPORARY HEATERS

Forced Air Electric Heater 150KW

Indirect-fired heaters are a great option when you need a steady supply of clean warm air in areas with adequate insulation. Indirect heaters require ducting to remove the harmful exhaust and to replace it with suitable, comfortable, temperate air.

Direct-fired heaters are appropriately used in areas that are not enclosed, such as open buildings at construction sites. Direct fired heaters provide a highly efficient source of temporary heat but cannot be used in enclosed areas because of the attendant risks.

Electric heaters are highly versatile and can be used in a wide array of locations. All you need is power source. We offer units that operate on 208V, 220V, 240V, and 480V. Specify 1 Phase or 3 Phase.

Most temporary heaters require propane as a source of energy, although we also can supply natural-gas-powered units as well as those powered by off-road diesel fuel or by electricity.

WHY CHOOSE Diverse Infrastructure TO PROVIDE YOU WITH TEmPORARY HEATING?

We not only install and remove temporary heaters, but we also supply propane and diesel fuel, minimizing the operational logistics associated with deploying and maintaining temporary heaters.  Our wrap-around temporary heater rental and propane delivery service or diesel fuel delivery service provide you with a single point of contact for all your temporary heating needs.

Temporary Heat System

Our temporary heating solutions are deployed in a wide range of applications when permanent HVAC systems are not yet installed, they are installed but owners do not want to use them in order to avoid circulating construction dust through new systems and thereby jeopardizing warranty coverage and when supplemental heat is required. We rent temporary heaters for the following types of construction sites, among others:

  • Temporary heat at stadiums
  • Temporary heat at schools, universities, and colleges
  • Temporary heat at apartment buildings or condominium construction sites
  • Temporary heat at office buildings and other commercial construction sites
  • Temporary heat at data centers
  • Temporary heat at oil refineries
  • Temporary heat for water tank painting projects
  • Temporary heat for bridge painting
  • Temporary heat for disaster relief and property restoration
  • Temporary heat on movie sets
  • Temporary heat during warehouse construction
  • Temporary heat for weddings, concerts, festivals, and special events

We offer service not only in and around Philadelphia where our home office is based but in surrounding areas such as New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and New York, and nationwide.

Our experienced temporary heater rental team knows that every project has its share of challenges. Each project is evaluated by our sales engineers and project management staff to ensure your heating objectives are met given the situation at hand.
